  • Carol Ann Bolt was born in Louisville, Kentucky, on June 8th, 1943.
    She was a 1960's graduate of the prestigious California Institute of the Arts in Santa Clarita, was a member of the American Society of Botanical Artists (ASBA), and lived and worked in New York City for many years.
    In addition to creating botanical paintings for collectors, she produced works for the packaging of products by designer Ralph Lauren
    She was commissioned to paint many still-lifeequestrian, landscapes, and portraits as well as to illustrate numerous books and publications.
